The Office of Design & Construction's Project Managers provide project management services for all of  Norwalk Hospital's  renovations, remodels, and construction projects.

Our project managers are accountable to Medical Center Departments to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects on schedule, within budget, and appropriate to the program requirements.

Project managers develop and manage a wide-range of projects including renovations, relocations and new construction. The project manager organizes each project and monitors the project progress, cost and quality, resolving issues that may arise while maintaining client communication and customer satisfaction through the course of the project.

Upcoming projects are awarded to qualified bidders through a process of qualification and bidding. To gain access to the upcoming projects list bidders must first be licensed contractors who are familiar with the Norwalk Hospital Contractor Regulations Manual and must take and pass the Contractor Safety test.
