  • Advancement flaps: Surgical procedure to fix a rectal ulcer or anal fistula that has developed between the rectum and anus
  • Fibrin glue: A specialized treatment for anal fistula that uses a glue to seal the opening between the anus and rectum
  • Fistula plug: A sphincter-sparing, non-surgical treatment for anal fistula
  • Fistulotomy: A surgical procedure that involves opening up and correcting an anal fistula
  • Setons: A surgical treatment for certain types of anal fistula
  • Anal fissure
  • Botox: A temporary injection-based treatment for anal fissure
  • Sphincterotomy: Surgical procedure for treatment of anal fissure
  • Topical therapy: Medication applied to help heal an anal fissure
  • Pelvic floor disorders: Including fecal incontinence, constipation and rectal prolapse.
