UnitedHealth Optum cyberattack
One of Nuvance Health’s vendors recently experienced a cybersecurity issue. Upon learning this, we immediately disconnected from its services. The incident is causing delays to our claims processing and patient billing. Among other delays, you may receive an invoice for your cost-sharing amount later than usual.   

Your insurance provider may be able to give you more up-to-date information than what is currently showing in your Nuvance Health account. In addition, please know that Nuvance Health will never ask you for credit card information over the phone regarding payment refunds. We will keep this webpage updated as more information about the situation becomes available.

Recognize a caregiver
