Treating infants through seniors, we provide supportive and compassionate care in an environment dedicated to helping you succeed.
Our highly trained therapists (physical, occupational and speech) use proven treatment methods to create an individualized, structured program. Located at 520 West Ave our modern facilities are equipped with sophisticated equipment to help you achieve your goals.
At Norwalk Hospital’s Outpatient Rehabilitation program, our highly trained staff – caring and compassionate – creates a structured, step-by-step program to help you heal, regain strength and function, and meet your personal goals. Conditions we treat include:
