Our highly trained therapists (physical, occupational and speech) use proven treatment methods to create an individualized, structured program. Our modern facilities are equipped with sophisticated equipment to help you achieve your goals. Conditions we treat include:

The skilled experts of Norwalk Hospital’s Outpatient Rehabilitation program provide supportive intervention services for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language, cognitive and swallowing therapy, clinical psychology and exercise physiology. We have two locations:
