Lab testing at Nuvance Health: Why choose us?

Our labs conduct thousands of tests each year. We use leading technologies and our pathology-led team is board-certified and actively partners with your referring doctor when needed. Your care team receives timely information and all of your records are available in your patient portal. Highlights of our program include:

  • Convenience:
We conduct many labs, like rapid strep and flu testing, in doctors’ offices. Other tests require a visit to one of our conveniently located patient service centers. You can find these centers throughout the region, making it easier to fit blood draws into your busy schedule. Find a patient service center location.
  • Compassionate services:
Our concern for you means we take steps to help you have a safe, comfortable experience. If needles make you anxious, we talk you through the blood draw process and give you the extra attention you deserve.
  • Timely services:
When you’re not feeling well, you won’t wait long for answers. We offer rapid responses for certain conditions, like strep throat. Hospital-based labs are open around the clock and turn emergency requests around quickly.
